J'ai eu une affaire horrible avec eux, où ils sont devenus physiquement violents, et j'ai dû appeler la police pour avoir un procès-verbal contre le salon et son propriétaire. N'hésitez donc pas à contacter le poste de police local de Woluwe Saint Pierre avant de vous rendre dans le salon respectif, pour avoir les informations vérifiées. Je demandais un balayage de base, ils m'ont facturé 90 euros sans séchage. À la fin, mes cheveux étaient exactement comme avant, aucune couleur n'a été ajoutée, ils m'ont également dit que nous devions simplement mettre de la couleur aux racines, et donc la moitié de mes cheveux ne les ont pas touchés non plus. Le lendemain, je suis revenue pour demander mon argent et à ce stade, la propriétaire Sandrine est devenue en colère et voulait me pousser physiquement hors du magasin, en plus, elle a essayé de me frapper. Même si je lui ai dit, restez civilisé, car nous pouvons parler comme deux êtres humains normaux et j'ai supplié qu'elle ne me touche pas. I had a horrible case with them, where they became physically violent, and I had to call the police to have a verbal process against the salon and its owner. So please feel free to contact the local police station of Woluwe Saint Pierre before going to the respective salon, to have the verified information. I was requesting a basic balayage, they charged me 90 euros without drying. By the end, my hair looked exactly as before, no colour was added, they also told me that we should just put colour to the roots, so half of my hair they did not touch either, and the end they left it entirely yellow. The next day I came back, to request my money back, and at this point, the owner became in rage and wanted to physically push me out of the store, in addition, she tried to hit me. Even if I told her, please stay civilised because we can talk like two normal human beings. And I begged that she does not touch me. By the end the police came, and they lied to the police, and did not return money. The police sadly said, even though we had the voice recording, that we could hear what happened, but as there is no camera in the salon, they cannot actually charge them for violence.
